Acceptance of terms

The website surplusadvisory.id (the “Site”) is operated by Surplus Indonesia Advisory, known as SUR+ Advisory Indonesia (“SUR+”, “we”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not professional advice

All content on the Site, including Insight articles, analysis, data, and charts, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

Views expressed in articles reflect the author’s analysis as of the publication date and may change without notice. They do not represent the position of any institution, including institutions the author has previously served.

No client relationship

Using the Site or sending a message through the contact form does not create a client–advisor relationship between you and SUR+. Such a relationship is formed only through a written engagement agreement. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form before such an agreement is in place.

Data and accuracy

We aim to present accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content, including market and economic data sourced from third parties. The Site and its content are provided “as is”.

Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, analysis, charts, logos, and the SUR+ brand, belongs to Surplus Indonesia Advisory or its licensors and is protected by law.
